We offer a comprehensive suite that spans five core domains: predictive analytics, conversational AI (chatbots and voice agents), computer vision, robotic process automation, and custom integrations. Each domain is available as a standalone module or as part of an integrated platform. Our predictive-analytics engine, for example, can forecast revenue trends, detect fraud patterns, and model supply-chain disruptions — all from a single dashboard. Meanwhile, our conversational AI handles multilingual customer interactions across chat, email, and voice channels.
Frequently asked questions about our AI software
We know that adopting artificial intelligence raises important questions. Below you will find detailed, straightforward answers to the topics our prospects and clients bring up most often.
General questions
Everything you need to know before getting started with our AI software platform.
Most projects move from discovery to production in 8 to 16 weeks. The timeline depends on several factors, including the complexity of the use case, the quality and volume of available training data, and the depth of integration required with your existing systems. During the first two weeks we conduct a thorough discovery workshop to define success metrics, map data sources, and agree on an architecture. The next four to eight weeks are spent on model development, testing, and iteration. The final phase covers deployment, monitoring setup, and knowledge transfer to your internal team.
Not necessarily. While larger datasets generally produce more accurate models, we employ techniques like transfer learning, data augmentation, and synthetic data generation to achieve strong results even when historical data is limited. For some use cases — such as document classification or sentiment analysis — we can fine-tune pre-trained foundation models on as few as a few hundred labelled examples. During the discovery phase, our data scientists will assess your data readiness and recommend a realistic path forward.
Absolutely. Security is not an afterthought — it is the foundation of our company name and our engineering culture. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers with data centres located in Canada, ensuring compliance with PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, and GDPR for European clients. We also perform regular third-party penetration tests and maintain a responsible-disclosure programme for security researchers.
Yes. We have pre-built connectors for popular platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery. For proprietary or legacy systems, our integration engineers build custom REST or gRPC adapters. All integrations are tested in a staging environment before going live, and we provide detailed API documentation so your internal developers can extend the integration over time without relying on us.
Every client receives a dedicated solutions architect who serves as your primary point of contact. Our standard support tier includes business-hours assistance with a four-hour response SLA. Premium and Enterprise plans include 24/7 monitoring, a guaranteed one-hour response time, and proactive model-health alerts. We also schedule quarterly business reviews where we present performance metrics, recommend optimisations, and discuss new use cases that could benefit from AI.
Responsible AI is a core pillar of our methodology. Before any model reaches production, it goes through a multi-stage fairness review that includes demographic parity testing, equalized-odds analysis, and counterfactual evaluation. We also generate explainability reports using SHAP values and LIME, so stakeholders can understand why the model makes specific predictions. If bias is detected, we apply debiasing techniques such as re-sampling, re-weighting, or adversarial training until the model meets our fairness thresholds.
Our AI software has been deployed across healthcare, financial services, insurance, logistics, retail, and government. In healthcare, we power diagnostic-assistance tools and patient-flow optimisers. In finance, we detect fraudulent transactions and automate regulatory reporting. In logistics, our computer-vision models inspect packages and optimise route planning. While these are our strongest verticals, the modular nature of our platform means it can be adapted to virtually any industry with structured or semi-structured data.
Billing and contracts
Transparent answers about pricing, contracts, and payment.
Our Starter and Growth plans operate on a month-to-month basis — you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The Enterprise plan is typically structured as an annual agreement because it includes dedicated infrastructure and custom SLAs, but we are happy to discuss flexible terms. There are no hidden cancellation fees on any tier.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), wire transfers, and electronic funds transfers (EFT). Enterprise clients can also pay by purchase order with net-30 terms upon credit approval. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed, and applicable Quebec and federal taxes are added at checkout.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to ensure there is no disruption to your active models or integrations.
